Ibogaine is unscheduled in Mexico and Schedule I in the United States, which means an entire treatment industry operates with no regulator checking claims. Some clinics run hospital-grade operations with cardiologists on staff. Some administer a cardiotoxic substance while stating, in writing, that it is not a medical treatment. Marketing does not distinguish them. Verification does. We built the directory we wished existed when we first started researching this space.
Top Ibogaine Clinics is published by Twelve Trees, an independent research and publishing group based in Cozumel, Quintana Roo, Mexico: inside the region we cover, not an ocean away from it. We also maintain an office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Our team applies the same discipline used across those 16+ years: published prices with capture dates, transparent scoring against the 2016 GITA clinical guidelines, and exclusion of operators that fail basic verification. Nine operators did not make this directory; we say exactly which, and why.
Rankings, safety scores and inclusion are not for sale: no clinic can pay to improve a score or to be listed. Clinics can claim their listing to add verified details (logo, photos, contact information), and claimed clinics can purchase labeled featured placements. Paid placements always carry a clear paid-placement label and never appear inside the organic rankings or affect scores. If we ever earn a referral fee from a clinic, we will disclose it on that clinic’s profile.
