Ibogaine is unscheduled in Mexico and Schedule I in the United States, which means an entire treatment industry operates with no regulator checking claims. Some clinics run hospital-grade operations with cardiologists on staff. Some administer a cardiotoxic substance while stating, in writing, that it is not a medical treatment. Marketing does not distinguish them. Verification does. We built the directory we wished existed when we first started researching this space.
Top Ibogaine Clinics is published by Twelve Trees, an independent research and publishing group based in Quintana Roo, Mexico: inside the region we cover, not an ocean away from it. Our team has spent 16+ years building and auditing e-commerce and health-adjacent websites, and we apply the same discipline here: published prices with capture dates, safety-disclosure scoring against the 2016 GITA clinical guidelines, and complaint-record checks other directories skip. Nine operators did not make this directory; we say exactly which, and why.
Rankings, safety scores and inclusion are not for sale: no clinic can pay to improve a score or to be listed. Clinics can claim their listing to add verified details, and paid placements, where they exist, are always labeled. If we ever earn a referral fee from a clinic, we will disclose it on the profile.
