Effective July 27, 2026. The short version: if you subscribe, we store your email address to send you occasional updates. That is the whole business we have with your data.
If you sign up for our email updates, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from. That information is stored on our own server and used for one purpose: sending you occasional research and pricing updates, roughly once a month.
If you email us at contact@topibogaineclinics.com, we receive whatever you choose to send. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and uptime purposes, as essentially every website's host does.
This site has no user accounts, processes no payments from readers, runs no advertising, and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. We do not set tracking cookies. We never ask for health information; please do not include medical details when you email us. We are a publisher, not a healthcare provider, and nothing you send us creates a patient relationship of any kind.
We do not sell, rent, or trade the list, ever. If we use an email delivery service to send the newsletter, your address is shared with that provider solely to deliver it. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. You can also email contact@topibogaineclinics.com and we will remove you by hand.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you (for almost everyone, the honest answer is one email address or nothing), ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Write to contact@topibogaineclinics.com and we will honor the request regardless of where you live.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We link to clinic websites, research papers and government sources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
