Baja Ibogaine Center is an operating clinic in Rosarito as of our October 2026 check, with a 4.4 Google rating from 13 reviews. A Rosarito clinic with an EKG and bloodwork on arrival and a named medical director. On re-check its own pages contradict each other on staff and facilities, it sells take-home ibogaine capsules, and its Parkinson’s programs run under the Genesis name. Ask who owns and runs your program before paying anything, since it says payments are non-refundable.
Its own pages disagree on basic facts: 3,000 or 4,500 administrations without a complication, one, two or three facilities, and four or six doctors on staff.
What to ask about on the first call- Its Parkinson’s programs list their location as Genesis Parkinson’s Institute, which the Genesis Ibogaine Institute website names as its parent company.
