  • January 2026. In a statement dated January 26, 2026, Transcend said that two days earlier its staff detected an irregular situation involving a patient during a session. The patient was treated on site and taken to a local hospital. The clinic said it notified the authorities and that the practitioner involved was dismissed, is in custody and faces criminal charges.
